Taking the opportunity offered by the International Slow Food Festival “Salone del Gusto & Terra Madre’ to be held in Turin and dedicated this year to ‘Foods that change the world’, the ITC-ILO was chosen as an appropriate venue for this exchange of knowledge and experience. MDP designed the visual elements for the interactive workshop 'Food for Thought'.
